makes every other decade list put this at #1, pitchfork went 4th, interesting choice

Ya Hey gets stuck in my head for a week every time

D'Angelo and The Vanguard - Black Messiah

nobody I know has heard this one. footwork out of Chicago, built for dancers not headphones, he died the year after this came out
