replaced my K8 Pro after the battery started dying mid-day. gasket mount is a real difference tbh, not just marketing

bought used, saved close to half. the single biggest line item on this list and also the one my back actually noticed

motor started grinding around month 14. Uplift swapped it under warranty, no complaints there

on my third one. first two died from cable strain at the port, mount the thing instead of letting it dangle

Elgato Key Light

bought for streaming, kept for video calls

IKEA Alex drawer unit as desk base

sleeper hit. assembled it wrong first (drawers upside down), but two alex units + a slab top beats most "real" frames if you skip the motor

Rain Design mStand

GMK keycap set (whatever's on sale)

swapped these more than i'd admit. this is the one purely cosmetic item on the list
