replaced plex pass which had replaced netflix. hardware transcode without paying for it

no sub killed, it killed the filing cabinet. ocr search on tax docs is magic

Navidrome

spotify canceller. the hard part was rebuilding the libary, not the server

feedly pro replacement. no ai features, thank god

Audiobookshelf

audible sub gone. the mobile app is better than audible's, not kidding

Home Assistant

dropbox replacement with zero server needed. it just moves files, ymmv if you want more

ynab refugee. importing 4 years of history took a weekend, worth it
